Our activities are limited to transmitting, storing, retrieving, publishing and/or formatting converted text to images created by third party users (‘Verified Users’).

Exception: content created by third parties

All sections of the website containing user-generated content are under the control of the respective Verified User to whom this platform is provided as an online service. In accordance with 18 USC § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 USC § 230(c), fapwise.com reserves the right to remove material that, in our sole discretion, violates the Terms of Service.

Exception: content created by website operators

For the avoidance of doubt, none of the images posted on this website depict real people. In addition, images uploaded by users, as well as any content created from them, are not displayed on the platform. All visual images are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms and thus are not subject to the requirements of 18 USC § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75.

Although we are not the creator of the content, we have designated a custodian of record for the original records of all marketing and promotional materials subject to 18 USC § 2257 and 28 CFR § 75. Said records and their custodian can be found at the following address:

Age Verification and Compliance Procedures

  2. Verified users are required to confirm that all images created using artificial intelligence meet the age, consent, and record keeping requirements of 18 USC § 2257.
