Obligation

The Platform Operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, data, profits or savings.


Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided ‘AS IS’. The platform operator does not guarantee its availability at any time and is not responsible for the security of the data on the server.

Your sole remedy for loss of service or data is to discontinue use of the service.
